Warranty

We offer a 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects in our jewellery and accessories. If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review your claim.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under that law.

Caring for your jewellery and accessories

Handle your items gently and store them separately in a dry place to help avoid scratches and tangles. Keep them away from water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products and other chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh polishing methods.
